Credit Card Charge & Shipping
All orders are processed upon receipt. All items in stock ship within 48-72 hours, once the order has been processed.
We do not ship to hotels.
For your security all packages leaving our premises must be signed upon arrival.
Order Processing
After submitting your order to us:
Order is reviewed/ verified by management for legitimacy.
We then proceed to pick and pack your order. Once your order has been entered
thru our carriers shipping computer, a tracking number is then allocated to
your order.
The tracking number is then automatically e-mailed to you and after the package
leaves our warehouse, you may check with the Carrier directly.
If a product runs out of stock we will give you the option to either wait
a short period until the items is received or refund your order. Our intention
is to provide the best service to you before and after the sale. If you need
to contact us you may call our customer service department at 1-800-404-9493.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards and checks. Checks must be made payable to
JMBATTERY.COM and drawn on a U.S. bank.
Please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery on personal check orders. All personal
checks, money orders or bank checks will be held for approximately 4 weeks.
Upon clearance of funds your shipment will be sent out immediately.
10% advance deposit required for C.O.D. orders (credit card or check.)

Typographical Errors
jmbattery.com's credo is truth in advertising, and we aspire to publish accurate
selling prices for the products we offer. However on occasion we do make mistakes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information
due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received
from our suppliers, jmbattery.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. jmbattery.com
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the
order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card
has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, jmbattery.com
shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
 Product images are for illustration only and descriptions of goods are for
guidance only, and shall not constitute the contract 'sale by description'.
Errors and Omissions excepted. We will promptly correct any errors brought
to our attention.
Order Acceptance Policy
All orders are limited to one item per customer. However we reserve the right
to approve special orders for larger quantities. We do accept government, school
and corporate purchase orders for larger quantities but these must be approved
by jmbattery.com management.
 Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
constitute a final offer or contract. jmbattery.com reserves the right at any
time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
All orders are subject to management review and approval and if found to be
invalid due to any reason, are subject to cancellation by management. We may
require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Sales Taxes
jmbattery.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales
tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of New York. Each
customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on
orders shipped to any other state.

To the fullest extent possible pursuant to the applicable law, Cell Time Corp.
disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to products sold
on the jmbattery.com website, including but not limited to, merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. Cell Time Corp. does not make any representations
regarding the validity, accuracy or reliability of, or the results of the use
of the materials or products on this site or on any sites linked to this site.
You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Cell Time Corp.

Ground Commercial
 Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent
choice for all your routine shipments. UPS Ground reaches every address, urban
and rural, throughout the 48 contiguous states. For all commercial deliveries,
UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship coast-to-coast.
For guaranteed day-definite delivery schedules, please use the Transit Times
or view a shipping time map based on your shipping destination. Scheduled delivery
days are revised from time to time as changes in technology, distribution,
and volume occur.
Ground Residential
Same as ground commercial but with added costs for deliveries to residential
addresses, including home businesses.
 3 Day Select
Offering an ideal mix of economy and speed, UPS 3 Day Select guarantees delivery
within three business days throughout the contiguous 48 states.
 2nd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery by the end of the second
business day to every address (excluding intra-Alaska shipments). An economical
alternative for important shipments that are time-sensitive but don't require
overnight delivery. This is the cheapest shipping method for orders shipped
to Hawaii and Alaska, when available. UPS 2nd Day Air service provides substantial
savings compared to the rates for overnight air service.
Next Day Air Saver
UPS Next Day Air Saver offers an affordable delivery option for those important
shipments that require next-business-day delivery, but don't have to be there
in the morning. UPS guarantees delivery by 3:00 P.M. or 4:30 P.M. in the 48
contiguous states depending on the commercial destination. Residential destinations
receive delivery by end of day.
 Next Day Air
UPS Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all
50 states and Puerto Rico. UPS guarantees delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or
end of day the next business day depending on destination.
 Next Day Air Early A.M.
When your shipments demand next day, morning delivery, choose UPS Next Day
Air Early A.M. You'll get guaranteed delivery by 8:00 A.M. to major U.S. cities
and by 8:30 A.M. to most other U.S. cities (9:00 A.M. or 9:30 A.M. on Saturday).

Shipping Policies
